As the days grow shorter and the leaves start to turn yellow and red, football fans everywhere know that one thing is just around the corner: NFL training camps. This year, they will open on July 26, 2022 for most teams.
If you’re not familiar with the NFL training camp, it’s basically a period of time in which teams prepare for the upcoming season. During this time, they will go through intense practices and scrimmages in order to hone their skills and get into game-shape.

This year, NFL training camps will open on different days but around July 18-22 for rookies and July 23-26 for veterans.
